Is there suposed to have library module for the 4e ? because i got none.

no there is no 4e library modules.
Wizards dont license this out.

hooo i own all the book already, i will just enter manually if we ever go to 4e, that was just for question^^

It's not worth the hassle of manual entry though. It's easy enough to type in player powers but for monster's and traps it's much simpler to pay the DDI cost for a month and parse all the information. I'm skeptical the 4E stuff will stay up much past the start of 5E, though it's hard to tell.

Definitely do the parse thing if you play 4e - you can get all the info you need.
