Hello,

I have recently come back to try Fantasy Grounds again after not using it for some years.
I am attempting to use the Call of Cthulhu ruleset.

When a player tries to add an item they get:

Script Error: [string "notesmall"]:1: attempt to index upvalue 'ownernode' (a nil value)

I ran the Updater before I tried the ruleset.
Am I using the correct version of the CoC ruleset?
I did not see it appear on the updater.
How can I check?
Or is there some other issue?

Thanks in advance for your support.

The version should appear in the chat window when you load the ruleset.

You can open the FG data folder from the folder button in the upper right corner of the launcher screen. Within the rulesets subfolder, make sure that there is no CallOfCthulhu folders, only a CallOfCthulhu.pak.

Thanks for the swift reply.

I don't seem to have a CallOfCthulhu.pak in the Fantasy Grounds II\rulesets folder.
Just the CallOfCthulhu folder.
I have 3.5E.PAK, 4E.pak ,CoreRPG.pak ,Numemera.pak and PFRPG.pak.

Rename the CallOfCthulhu folder to something like CallOfCthulhuOld

Then update your user info in the settings screen, some info here: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?20655-Savage-Worlds-v3-5-now-live&p=174483&viewfull=1#post174483

The Product code for the Call of Cthulhu ruleser is DGA070. If you don't see it in your product list after updating with your FG username and password, follow the instructions in this post: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?20655-Savage-Worlds-v3-5-now-live&p=174495&viewfull=1#post174495

Good stuff garyr65.
Do you have much CoC experience?
What about GM experience?
We would really like to get some Cthulhu happening at the next FG Con - no pressure - its about 5 months away.
