Just upgraded from Full to Ultimate on Steam. Now what?

I was given an upgrade key which I copied and pasted into the Upgrade Key field. I closed FG and Steam then restarted. The Upgrade to Ultimate button is still there which tells me that I haven't been upgraded. What did I do wrong?

You might need to have both licenses input into the Settings Window Steam and Upgrade? If you can't figure it out make sure you send an e-mail to

If you are upgrading to ultimate don't put the new key in the upgrade key section, delete your current key in the "license key" field and put the new key in that field - the "upgrade key" should be empty. "Upgrade key" is only used for lite (player only) to full upgrades.
