New Player LFG [GMT 0]

Im a totaly new player to p&p as i grew up in the playstation generation i love rpg's like final fantasy 7.

always wanted to play D&D since i was 12 and did the red box solo man many years ago :p

i only have the demo version but will get full version asap i have made a lvl 1 char that i can use in pcgen(3.5 rules) Half-elf Fighter.

@Oakie - Pathfinder is very much like D&D and easier to find a game.
Also check out some of the Savage Worlds guys who run regular games and are very open to new players joining in.

Make sure to check out the Game Calendar. I think it needs a cleanup from the administrators (perhaps an email out to all GM to make sure the games are still going)

However its a great way to find a group and those that are looking for players in your time zone that suits your timeframe. This is how I jumped into my first D&D session, and its non confrontational.

i have been looking on the calender and it does not help imo it needs more info adding to it aand there seems to be alot of games that has not had activity since 2013 so a clean up will help!

I need 5 players for this to go ahead. If we get enough players 45mins prior to game start I will run a one shot old school D&D session. Pre-gen characters. Can play with Ultimate/Full/Lite/Demo license. You must have a Headset and Mic. You must install Fantasy Grounds before hand. You must install TeamSpeak before hand. If you want in - let me know. There is room for 6 but I need a minimum of 5 to really play this scenario.
If we dont get enough players but one or more of you would like a demo session on how to play with FG or how to GM with FG Im happy to run a 90min sesion on this instead.
