there is no magic bullet but there are some great tips here.
basically you want to do the following in no particular order:

Buy the scenario PDF!
extract all the images out of the pdf
dump the images you dont need
scale down (size and quality) the images you do keep (aim for less than 150k for most images, less than 500k for maps) - hoestly 40-50% jpg images will look just fine in game
Parse the creature statblocks.
extract the text out of the pdf
create story entries where you want them to appear in chat window - for those that are for your use only just read/adlib them straight from the pdf - save yourself the time
Start building your campaign.
Create the specific scenario story/encounter entries you will need.
Finishing touches.

but read the thread for specific tips and program recommendations

And use the updated V2 creature parser: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?20522-Pathfinder-Creature-Parser-V2-Beta-Version

And, just to note... the first time you go through this it may seem like a long task where your time:accomplishment ratio looks more like work than something for enjoyment. But... after a couple of times through it, you will be breezing through everything.

If you try to convert one of those APs, just do one module at a time... by the time you finish your second portion, you'll fly through it.

Also, if you play using voice communication, you can cut out big portions of the task list IMO.

The key to how much you import from your PDFs into Fantasy Grounds (FG) will be how much you want to run purely from FG, how much your GM styles "wings it" or needs solid prep and what communication method you plan to use.

If you will be running a lot of the game directly from the PDF, then your prep time can be reduced a lot. If you plan to use voice for your communication (there is a free to use community TeamSpeak3 server if you're interested: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?17071-Voicechat!-Community-TeamSpeak3-Server) then you don't need to put as much data into FG as you can read from the PDF and describe stuff over voice.

Damned gives you a link and some ideas above - the minimum should be the map images and the creature statblocks. Then you can do as little or as much after that - if you're using voice, perhaps just include some box text that you could display to the players in the chat window - link these to the map images; find some cool tokens for the NPCs and add these to the NPCs records; create encounter entries to speed up the start of encounters; etc., etc., - it really depends on how far you want to go.

Another thought is check out the amazing goodness of this thread:
https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?20244-Private-sharing-of-PFS-scenario-data-available-modules&p=165695&viewfull=1#post165695

Pick *one* of the scenarios there and someone will send you their hard work and you can:

1. Play the adventure and help get your FG skills happening
2. See what they did and didnt import and how they organised it

That should kick start your learning curve :)
Once you get the hang of it - make sure you return the favour and contribute one back or even enhance the one you receive and return it :)

To clarify, you need to purchase the relevant scenario PDF first from the Paizo site, most of them are $3.99: https://paizo.com/pathfinderSocietyScenarios The agreement to allow us to distribute copyright material was that there should be proof of purchase before passing on said material.
