Converting 4E to SW

I am a part time DM/GM that fills in for a few months to give our full time DM/GM a break. Last summer we were still playing 4E when I last DM'd. In the meanwhile we switched over to SW and we enjoy the faster pace of the game. I have done some research and found a few things about converting from 4E to SW, but nothing to my liking yet. Has anyone here done this or maybe has seen something that would be useful.

I find when I want to convert an adventure to run it in SW I do not convert as such, I re-create the NPCs and monsters as I see them so they feel the same, older editions of the Savage Worlds rulebook had d20 to SW conversion, but they said just wing it for most of it, that's what I like about Savage Worlds, by just winging it you can run anything :)
