Anyone out there know a good resource for modern maps? I'm going to be hosting a Mutants and Masterminds game soon and would like a big variety of modern maps to plan my adventure around.

Thanks to anyone who replies. :)

When I ran a super hero game I used a number of maps by Fabled Environments. They are no frill vector type and cheap: https://www.rpgnow.com/browse.php?manufacturers_id=3118

Maps from Dramascape on RPGnow are modern or sci-fi oriented. Many of them are also free.

And there's a $2 special on their hotel floorplans at the moment: https://rpg.drivethrustuff.com/product/93325/Modern-Floorplans-Hotel

I have been looking for some good modern flooplans for Zombie Run...gonna try using top down screenshots using sketchup...as there seems to be quite a bit of well done floor plans and city areas....

Hey Grimm182 never heard of sketchup before now, just looked into it. That program looks amazing. I think I'll get into that as well... just gotta learn the program now. haha

Re: sketchup...if you go to 3d warehouse you can find a ton of premade floorplans https://3dwarehouse.sketchup.com/search.html?backendClass=entity&q=floorplan

One more thought re: Sketchup (not necessarily modern), but folks have re-created and shared entire dungeon maps in 3D in the warehouse. Most impressive is Temple of Elemental Evil (imo), but there are also 3D maps of Fallcrest and many other older settings, as well as model sets designed specifically for creating your own maps, LEGO style. Worth doing a little searching if you're looking for a specific location (modern or fantasy) - someone may have already done it for you. :)

Cheers!

Sketchup is imho the easiest 3d modelling tool ever!
It really is quite intuitive once you get some basics under your belt.
