Power Attack with natural & 2H weapons

Is there a way to build an effect to Power Attack that would correctly apply the damage depending on if it's being rolled by a natural weapon (+2 to DMG) vs. a 2H weapon (+3 to DMG)?

In the interim, I suggested that the 2H PWR ATK damage be made as a hot key, and whenever that weapon is used, just click the hotkey. If rolled from the hotkey, is the damage roll supposed to reflect upon the target's health? I thought it was, but couldn't get it to work. Were we doing something wrong, or am I just imagining things?

You need to make sure that that hotkey is created from a damage entry so that the roll type is stored as damage. Then clicking the hotkey will apply damage to targets.
