Monk's Hand To Hand attack skill & Combat attacks

It seems dragging the skill from the players handbook won't work for the monk ?
In addition it doesn't seem to consider the attribute bonus and therefore the only workaround atm seems to be to click on the magnifying glass and enther the bonus in the 'others' field ?

Yes, it needs to be manually configured.

Most of the sheet and automation work goes into supporting the rules, and relatively little into attempting to interpret the rule text (which is hard to do and very error prone).

The most interpretation work goes into abilities which span multiple characters, such as spells.
