Contacting admin / broken 'Contact Us' Form

Hi there,

I wanted to contact an admin, as I couldn't login to the board for a day, always getting a User / PW mismatch error or similar. And no, the PW wasn't forgotten or wrongly typed in.. has there been any system errors lately ?

The Contact Us button below seems to be broken, too. Leading to an server error..
