From what I can see in the code, it looks like the Modifiers Box is handled near the end of the line for die rolls, after the roll is passed to the Actions Manager. For my Ruleset in most cases I will want these modifiers to adjust the DC rather than the roll. Is there some way for me to make that happen? The code for the box looks to be pretty complex.

Not really. You're better off removing the existing modifier panel, and replacing with your own. Then, adding the modifier checks in each roll that should be modified.

I'm doing something similar with the 5E ruleset I'm working on to enabled Advantage/Disadvantage buttons on the desktop next to the modifier box. Also, the Numenera ruleset does a calculation of the target "level" overcome by a roll, and adjusts the level overcome by whether the roll includes training or asset modifiers (which only adjust the target level overcome, not the roll itself). It might be worth looking at the Numenera ruleset to get some ideas.

Hmm. That's probably best. Thanks.
