I've been thinking about getting Fantasy Grounds but noticed that 3.5 only seemed to have Monster Manual I. I looked through the Fantasy Grounds shop and didn't see any add-ons for the other Monster Manuals, Player Handbook II or Dungeon Master's Guide II. Is there a way to purchase these at the Fantasy Grounds shop or obtain these some how?

Unfortunately, Wizards of the Coast does not license any of their data. Due to that fact, the only data that can legally be made available is the OGL data for 3.5E.

For 4E, our community has built a parser that will scrape an existing DDI account to build FG modules.

I believe he is talking about the 3.5e Monster Manuals, PH and DMG beyond the first. There are five MMs (include the first) that I'm counting and two each of the PH and DMG.

For example.

But if you wanted to, you can create a mod with the monsters and items from the books you own? Or is there an easier way.

Yes, you can make your own.

Under the hood, FG modules are just XML files.

If you want to take a look,
* Click on the folder button in upper right of launch screen.
* Open the modules subfolder
* Make a copy of one of the module files
* Rename to have a .zip extension.
* Extract the files inside.

this is the route i'm taking. i recently rolled up a 3.5 druid, and wanted more of a spell choice. i created my own module containing all of the spells from all of the Complete books and the Magic of Faerun. i also did this for ranger spells, and have paladin next on the list. i'll do cleric and mage last, because there is a TON of copy and pasting involved. but the end result is more than worth it.

i'd be more than happy to give advice and pointers based on my experience!
