4e v3.0.1 Ruleset - Setting Calendar Time

Noticed in the new version when I check the calendar in the 4e ruleset we now have a Time. There's an hour and minutes box but I can't seem to edit either of them, some guidance would be appreciated :)

CTRL + Mouse scroll wheel while hovering over the hour or minute field will allow you to change the field.
