Newly purchased CoC Ruleset is not latest version. How to upgrade?

Hi

I bought the CoC ruleset yesterday and the download link directed me to download the installer CoCInstaller-1.0.34.msi dated 12/06/2009. It seems that this installs an old version of the ruleset. Is this correct? How can I update it to v3.0.1? Running the update option in FG seems to have no effect.

I have Full FG v3.0.1.
