Just purchased 2 3.5 Mods but want them in Pathfinder

I just bought The Banewarrens and Vengeance of Olindor and was hoping to load them into my Pathfinder campaign.
Unfortunately they don't. Just don't appear, I go back and forth loading/unloading (opening book / closing book).
Any ideas?

When you open the modules you will get additional coloured tabs in the Story, Images & Maps, NPCs and Items lists - you don't see anything in the library.
