It was going to support Fantasy Grounds I spoke to the creator at the time and even backed it, but it is not there yet, as to whether Herolab exports Savage Worlds I do not know

Hero Lab does support Savage Worlds, but I've never used it for that system.

The short answer is no.

The character converter utility does not support Savage Worlds, which is needed to massage the HeroLab data to XML that FG understands.

I believe that the latest HeroLab update did make their character files more readable, so that may make it easier when we get a chance to look at.
