Has party inventory gone?

Has the ability for players to see the party inventory been removed or is there an option somewhere to turn it on for them?

Actually, I thought party inventory was a page that was suppose to be for players?
It only shows parcels (items and money) waiting to be assigned now - doesn't show the overall party inventory.
