No, it's not correct it is showing 7am EST where it should be 7pm - add 12 hours to the time listed in the game calendar.

Mortikar - you need to enter the time in the calendar entry with pm after it (no spaces) or in 24 hour format. e.g 7:00pm or 19:00

I havev just bought the PFS Field Guide & discovered the seeker (sorceror) archetype - I want to retrain to get this archetype immediately if possible (my only build concern for Julius was that ninja's dont get trapfinding, meaning i couldnt disable magical traps, but this archetype lets me as a sorceror!).

Using the rules from Ultimate Campaigns, it will take 5 days to retrain to gain an archetype - that means it cost 5pp & 200gp (1pp per day & 10gp x days x level [4th]) - all legal under the latest PFS players guide.

I just need a DM to sign off on this...can I put this on the chronicle for today's game along with my purchases?

Oh yes, absolutely. I'll send the sheet this afternoon. You can just note it on the chronicle and that way it's at least somewhere in case of an audit.
