Ruleset for SR3 available?

I don't know how different the change is between 3 and 4 to comment on how good a match this will be for SR3.

It all depends on how much information/automation is in the FG SR4 ruleset. If there is little automation then you may be able to use the SR4 version to run SR3 games.

There USE to be a SR3 Ruleset a long time ago, but I wouldn't know where you would get it now. Unfortunately there are quite a few differences between third edition to fourth (The matrix is the one that comes to mind)
