Simple Text Formatting in the Chat Window

Any way to add simple formatting to chat text such as bold, italics, and underline?

I was creating Chat Frame text in the Story Tab and saw that there was formatting in the tree but it doesn't seem to work when I drag it to the chat window. I tried some html <i>jargon</i> but that didn't go over well, either.

Just thought it would be nice to be able to add some simple formatting to my prepaid text messages.

To get it to allow the formatting, do the formatting first then place it in a chat frame. It appears to be an oddity that it does not allow one to edit the formatting once it is in the chat frame..

--edit: Scratch that... it appears that it still does not display the formatting prior to placing the text in the box..

The chat window does not currently support next formatting. Only one font can be specified per chat message.
