Description text as a speech bubble in chat box.

I watched a youtube video that described how to do this, but I can't seem to find it.

I have some descriptive text that is NPC speech. When I drag it into the chat box, I'd like it to come up as a speech bubble from the NPC. Can someone please remind me how to do this?

Right click the text and select paragraph types then chat frame. Right click again and select paragraph types then assign speaker in the north position. Type in the NPC's name. Viola.

like many things - not intuitive initially - really easy once you remember where to look (right click!).

The keyboard shortcut to "assign speaker" is pressing the tab key after you have assigned text to a chat frame.
