PFS online venture officers - Google+/Skype/whatever chat

Hi PFS GMs!

Hawkwind has put me in touch with one of the new PFS Venture Lieutenants (Arthur Perkins) who would like to get a meeting together of as many Fantasy Grounds PFS GMs as possible. He would like to outline what the new online VOs have in mind, where they can provide support, where they see PFS online going, how they can make online gaming easier/better and will also take questions.

Is there anytime soon that people are available to get on a meeting with him? It would probably have to be on a weekend so that we can cover off mutliple timezones. I have just created a "game calendar" entry for this - obviously it is not a game, but it will be a good way to have a few suggested dates/times (that get converted to your timezone) that we can vote on.

I'm just waiting for Arthur to let me know a couple of dates/times to load those up.

The next few weekends are filled with cons, but if you guys can do a rush, I am available this sunday evening, or the next few weeks of Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays. Hi Arthur, its great to see you on these forums. Its nice that Paizo is taking an interest in the community here as well as providing the support for the con etc.

I can make Sunday, and as this is a one off, I would probably be able to work around whatever other times/dates you suggest.

From the other VO's, their meetings with various groups typically last about 1-2 hours, with the first part explaining what we can and are doing to help GM's and players and upcoming events, and the second half being a variable time as it is question and answer. I aim to set aside two hours myself.

I've put up 4 new options in the Game Calendar (link in the first post of this thread) based off Arthur saying he was available after 5pm EDT Tuesday and Fridays. (I haven't put Monday in next week as it is only 24 hours away and not much notice). For both of these days I have put in 5pm EDT and 7pm EDT - (5pm EDT will be 10pm in the UK).

Please vote all options in the game calendar that you can make. It is going to be hard to coordinate this during the week across an 8 hour time zone split so please vote for all you can attend, not just your preference. Thanks.

First meeting is confirmed for 5pm EDT, 10 PM BST - this is mostly to cover the UK GMs (of which 2 out of the main 3 can attend). But, anyone is welcome.

Arthur can then do a second meeting (covering exactly the same info as the first) in a more North American centric time.

This will be help in a Google Hangout - connection details to come.

This run of the meeting is aimed at UK GMs, moving it back once hour would make it too late in the UK.

You'll have to opportunity to join the second running of the same meeting.
