Trouble re-installing

I bought a new computer and went to install fg on it, but it keeps saying license key invalid.

The window that appears when you press the "settings" button that is on the first screen of Fantasy Grounds.

Okay getting back to this. Before I read your reply I went ahead and removed FG from my machine hoping another install would work. Now I have a different issue. When I give the installer permission to run it opens up and just sits there not doing anything.

Yes and it does a quick update but the program is nowhere on the machine.

Please provide a screen shot of the settings screen as requested by Moon_Wizard - press the "Settings" button in the window you attached as a screen shot above.

Also, you might want to check you anti-virus didn't quarantine the installer.

Okay I managed to get it worked out and now its up and running . thanks for the help

What was the issue? It may help other people who have a similar issue in future if you let us know what fixed it... :)

I would say it was more user error than anything. Computer illiteracy.
