whats happen to all the factions, i have just tried rebuilding one of my gm credit babies for a rare actual face to face game and i find that his faction had been closed down. its enough to make you switch to 5e

They've just renamed the country based factions to be more ideology based factions - and merged Qadira and Sczarni into one (the Exchange). Other than the name change, they're pretty much the same - same leaders, same ideals, etc..
