How do you run like to play your games on FG?

Other: My groups use voice only except for private messages which are either done in FG or Skype.

I prefer all IC text via FG and voice (Teamspeak) for OOC...I played one game with video and it felt distracting...also for all that is sacred .use.push.to.talk!!! :)
