I mean I get the Top and Up button, but the rest on the right (under the white arrows)?

Moon_wizard was thinking of removing some of these features in the future as part of an overall redo of the token functionality, but in the current version it is a place to store custom token bags. You can right-click and choose "Add bag" and then drag the new custom bag to one of the empty slots. From there, you can drag any tokens you want to use into it and then access them more easily.

This may already be removed in the new dev version though.

Mmmmh thanks, never saw that.

I'll add it to my ruleset for now, it's not a big graphic to do, and I'll adjust when 3.0 is finalized.

It's not specific to custom bags (which are not in v3.0). The bar is essentially a place that you can drag commonly used token bags for quick access.
