Where can I find 3.0 D&D?

Moon_Wizard said a feature I was looking for is found in the 3.0 ruleset. I see 3.5, pathfinder, SW, 4.0, and even a forum dedicated to "Next" but I don't see anywhere in the forum, store, or wiki the 3.0 ruleset.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

He was actually referring to Fantasy Grounds version 3.0 that he has been working on so you won't be able to find it yet.

I think he was referring to the upcoming Version 3 of Fantasy Grounds, not to a ruleset.
