It seems like if you have multiple monsters that cast spells it uses the same sheet to track their spell usage.
Example:
I have 5 generic wizards on the tracker numbered 1-5 and created from the same base NPC but added as an encounter with 5 wizards.
Wizard 1 casts a fireball and on his sheet the GM ticks off that the spell was cast.
Wizard 4 is up next and when his sheet is opened... he has already cast his fireball.
