Any T-shirt designers out there?

We would like to get new shirts for Gen Con this year and we typically do a very simple black shirt with SmiteWorks and Fantasy Grounds written in a cool font. Before I go ordering a new set, I thought it might be worth reaching out to the community to see if anyone has good experience designing some.

If it is something we could later put up on Spreadshirt (or another shirt printing partner), that would be even better. For these, it needs to be a design that can scale okay. We need to be able to go from small (women's) to large (men's 3X.) We need the men's shirts to get ordered soon and the women's shirts would be an extra, nice-to-have.

Is there a Deadline and any limitations, such a number of colors used for the shirts or such?

The deadline is quickly approaching for this year's Gen Con, but we could always play way early for next year. We don't really have any limitations, although we are somewhat budget constrained unless the shirt is just so cool that we could end up selling some to recoup some of the costs.
