If I want to backup all the work I've put into creating campaigns, installed purchases, etc., do I just backup the <~/Application Data/Fantasy Grounds II/> folder, or is there more?

Yep if you want to back up everything you've done in FG2 that's the way to do it. You can also just make a copy of a specific campaign folder to back up just that campaign.

Some of the rulesets are put in Program Files (x86)\Fantasy Grounds II for 64-bit Windows or Program Files\Fantasy Grounds II for 32-bit windows. You may want to backup the .PAK files from there too.
