I don't think there was anything specific for Free RPG Day, I looked myself and didn't find anything advertised. But, as Rickerdoo mentions, just do a search for "free" there is lots and lots of free stuff available (2966 items at the last count) all the time: https://www.rpgnow.com/index.php?keywords=free&x=0&y=0&author=&artist=&pfrom=&pto=
