Char Import/Herolabs/Campaign not possible

Hi, since the small update for the convention I cannot add new characters into my campaign. Cannot do it myself (GM) nor can the players do it. That wasn't a problem last wednesday. In the chat window I can see the character was uploaded succesfully, as also shown by the FG char converter, but the char isn't available in the characters board.
It is still possible to add a char manually, but that is not an option.
Can anybody help with that issue?

Importing characters still works fine for me with v2.9.4.

Try running Fantasy Grounds as "Administrator". Right-click on the Fantasy Grounds II icon/shortcut in Windows and select "Run As Administrator".

If that doesn't work, try creating a brand-new campaign and see if the import works for that new campaign.

Thank you very much. Didn't work by "Run as Admin" but after I've created a new campaign I was able to upload a char also in the old one again. Thanks for your fast assistance.
