Hey there, just bought FG's. Got the pop up for Setting, Install, Close.

Setting Error: I put in the License Key space. Put in my user information. I get the following info after clicking login.

"CedentialsProcessUserCookie: Empty network buffer"


When I just hit install, I get the following eroor

"ProcessProductXML: PRODUCT LISTING: Empty network buffer"

Our database server appears to be running slow right now. Doug is restarting the server to see if that helps. The error you are seeing is most likely the result of a network timeout waiting for the database.

Hey there,

Restarted my comp / net connection and still nothing. Same errors.

Perhaps your firewall (Windows or third party) may be blocking network connections to the installer application? Also, you can try right-clicking on installer and running as Administrator?

Also, which OS are you running? Are you running the installer on the native OS for your machine or in a virtual machine (Wine, etc)?
