Kingmaker to FGII conversion

Hello, anyone doing any kingmaker to FGII conversions? I want to start doing this path and would appreciate any help/tips/advice... particularly with the encounters... thanks.

The only thing I would consider necessary is a way to extract the images from the pdfs and perhaps the creature parser, unless you want to copy/paste the NPCs. That goes for any AP or adventure from Paizo though, and not just Kingmaker.
