In the video: Campaign Entry Basics (13:34, 13.5 MB), link: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/filelibrary/tutorial/xorne-building-1a.wmv
The dude imported 2 images. About those images, can someone tell me if he used some tool, if not, can someone point me a good tool to design dungeons and use them in Fantasy Grounds.

If you're going for an old school feel, try this (https://davesmapper.com) out:
Otherwise, you might try the map-a-week archive (https://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/arch/mw) over at WotC.
Also, searching fantasy dungeon map in Google turns up a remarkable number of non-porny results.

Do a search in this forum for mapping and you will get a lot of threads - many of which have example maps, comments on what products people use to make maps, etc..
Also, this thread has some info about tools to make maps: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?t=17729
To reference your original question regarding the images used by Xorn in his tutorial - these are images taken from a commercial PDF. Depending on the PDF you get the images from, they may need additional modification - scaling, removal of GM specific info, etc.. Xorn covers this in his "Map Rescaling" tutorial, available from the same place where you got the video you mention.
