Is there anything out there that sets up the turning undead rolls in the sheets?

I would just set it as a spell. Create a new Spell Class Catagory on your spell sheet but call it Turning undead. Then create a spell under level 1. Commit to memory the number of "spells" as for the number of turns you have Etc Etc

Yep, but I usually set it up a spell class for cleric abilities, like for domain powers, turn/rebuke undead. Each level for shared stuff like feat based alternate uses for turns or as another example the different types of bardic music would all be 1st level spells, and bardic knowledge as a 2nd level spell. If there are racial powers as well, I would mix it in that same spell class for class abilities as well.
