Problem with connection

I have a big problem when i use connection test, it s a failure.

I don't understand beceause before i don't have any problems.

I try to open port 1802 and nothing.

Then help me plz !! We can't play :(

As a guess, I'd suggest reading through https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?t=4279 for ideas.

You say you "tried" to open port 1802... I'd say this wasn't successful.
