No import in Manage Characters area when not in campaign

I've noticed a minor irritation with Fantasy Grounds 2. I made characters using the Manage Characters area. I exported them, reformatted my machine, reinstalled FG2 and there's no way to import them back into the Manage Characters area. They can only be imported into an actual campaign, not the Manage Character area. I would like this feature added please.

Just create yourself a "Manage Characters" campaign and have them there.

If you're using the 3.5E or 4E ruleset the character converter is used to import into Manage Characters - select the "Local Import" option.
