I would like to GM but I don't have an ultimate licence and don't think I'm ever going to be able to afford one what with the current UK economic situation and being in the public sector with a young family to support. I am happy to run games on Roll20 if player access is an issue. ROLL20 is a pretty good vtt nowadays and is free
