I imagine there is a way to move Tables Modifiers and NPCs between campaigns. I have tried several things and they dont move the stuff i want.
Any help you can offer will be appreciated

If it's the same ruleset, you could copy the db.xml from the old campaign. Other than this, you'd need to do an export and create a module.

Which ruleset?
For D&D 4E both the /export command and the 4EParser allow you to create modules with campaign data including modifiers, NPC and Tables data. The modules can then be used in multiple 4E Campaigns.

Wizards recently started reselling PDF versions of TSR and Wizards material for D&D. You can grab them over at https://dndclassics.com (https://www.dndclassics.com/) for a reasonable price. I believe the original T1-4 modules (AD&D) The Temple of Elemental Evil (https://www.dndclassics.com/product/17068/T1-4-Temple-of-Elemental-Evil-%281e%29?term=element&it=1) is available for the princely sum of $9.99 whilst the 3rd Edition Return to The Temple of Elemental Evil (https://www.dndclassics.com/product/28447/Return-to-the-Temple-of-Elemental-Evil-%283e%29?term=elementa&it=1) is $11.99, both very reasonably priced IMO for such a classic.
I have both versions and the maps from the original and 3rd edition version are quite good.

I actually went over and bought them. THey are great. I was hoping someone might have reworked the maps in Dunjinni or something like that. I have the program (dunjinni) but i dont have anywhere near the skill to do a good enough job to share it.

It should be located in the fantasy grounds app data folder under campaigns/<campaign name>/

I saw a file in the campaign data folder that was similiar, it didnt have the .xml in it but it seemed to work. Thanks for the help though it made a difference. I have put a bunch of time creating the DM treasure generating tables and want to be able to share it with the guys i play with who also DM. It will save a bunch of time refering back to the books during game play or prep time. Some players like to roll up treasure on the spot after an encounter and i can now do that.
I have been playing with creating my own magic items and it works really well, except i havent figured out how to apply frost or fire or electrical damage to the dice roll. I can just add a d6 to the damage but i was hoping there might be a way to have the "fire" damage stand out.

I figured out how to move the dbm.xml files between campaigns (3.5)
The problem i am now experiencing is that when i move the dbm.xml files to a pathfinder campiagn it converts the campaign back to normal 3.5 Is there anything that a person can do?
Thanks again for your help previously on this thread.

I just did a quick test and it looks like it is in the root.options.SYSTEM node of the db.xml file. It is set to pf for Pathfinder and off for 3.5E. Here are examples for each:
3.5E
<options>
<SYSTEM type="string">off</SYSTEM>
</options>
Pathfinder
<options>
<SYSTEM type="string">pf</SYSTEM>
</options>
I would guess that you just change the SYSTEM node from off to pf. Then load your campaign.

And you can always manually change the mode through the Options window within the campaign.

That was unbelieveably simple!!! Thank you so very much. It was a 2 click solution
