How or were do i get the ultimate license software for windows 8

There is no W8 version - same as what you downloaded before.

well a frend of mine uses win8 and it works fine but my computer says that it cant run the program. any ideas

Haveyou reinstalled FGII since the win 8 installation? Its possible the FGII shortcut is pointing to the Old windows Program file folder instead of the new one created by windows 8

Windows 8 has been out for a while now.

I was possibly thinking of the Surface Tablets where the ones with the Windows 8 RT were released before the Windows 8 Pro ones.

After saying that though I think the Windows 8 Pro ones came out a short while ago.

I must have blocked Windows 8 out of my mind because I didn't like the look of it.

Just a reminder that for Ultimate license upgrades, we ask for the buyer to send the Full license key they want to upgrade to [email protected], and give us about 24 hours to turn around. The Ultimate upgrade process requires some manual work still.

The link provided as part of the upgrade order is actually no longer needed, and does not run on 64-bit OSes.
