Full to Ultimate License

So I recently decided to upgrade my Full license to Ultimate.

I got a reciept but I didn't get a key is there a process I am to follow?

You must have a full license code already and email it to [email protected] to be deactivated as part of your upgrade. Failure to do so prior to ordering will cause your order to be refunded and the license to be deactivated.

You should have also received an email after your order saying this.
