Looking for a real Geek to help with Port Issue

The pic I upload is a screen shot of an error message I'm getting when running test for my server. I have no clue about this port 1802 mess...Is that like something from NASA or the Pentagon?....anyway, any help would be great. My wife can't even log onto my server so I assume no one can. Thanks

your screen shots are not displaying yet - waiting approval.

1st - is your wife trying to connect to your LOCAL ip address?
if she cant connect to local ip address you might have a firewall blocking it.
once local issue is resolved you then need to forward 1802 on router to your computer so that people outside your network can join your game.
