How good is the support for CoC?

Hello, I'm new and was wondering how well CoC add-ons are supported by the main program?

CoC is not as fully featured as some of the other rulesets at this time but it is still fully functional and with a fairly good selection of material in the form of modules. Some of the features it is lacking simply aren't needed in a Call of Cthulhu game since combat and map upgrades are less important -- or less tactical at least.
