Character Importer error

When using the character importer to import 4E characters from Insider I get an error with items:

Node Read Error. <Name:RulesElement; Path:specific[@name='Item Slot']>

When I open the imported character in Fantasy Grounds and click on the information link for an item, the GM Console pops up with the following errors:

Ruleset Error: Database type mismatch for 'subclass'
Ruleset Error: No vertical anchor defined for 'subclass_label'
Ruleset Error: No vertical anchor defined for 'subclass_label'

I've turned all extensions off.

Any idea how to fix it?
