Cannot share token bag

I dragged a token bag down to the spot at the bottom of the screen but none of my players had access to the bag. Additionally when I close out the token box (leaving the wannabe share bag in place) and then reopen it the wannabe share bag is gone.
Advice?

In the directory structure, there's a Host folder (for tokens just the DM can access), and I believe a Shared folder, for the tokens you want the players to be able to access.

You could just put the tokens you want to share in the Shared folder (or is the point that you don't want players to be able to access the tokens before a specific point in the game?).
