I propose to run a labyrinth lord game on a Tuesday night starting at 8pm GMT

The campaign theme would be A series meets call of cthulhu as the party are hired to rescue a nobles daughter from a island full of pirate slavers.

I'm curious, what are the differences between Labyrinth Lord and OSRIC?

there are dozens of posts out there on the differences... and there are several others to throw in the mix like Swords and Wizardry. Me personally - Catsles & Crusades is the better choice by far - it has a decent commercial ruleset available on FG and is more streamlined than all of above and Dr_Venture is working on some nice updates.

yes there are a few games running - not sure about the other games but i have 7 players already in my campaign.

I could run the adventure under C & C if there was interest, I chose Labyrinth Lord originally as its free online and the adventure is statted for it. I can convert on the fly!

i cant join either way - the main thing you will have to convert is AC - everything else should probably play out ok as it is...
