No Kua-Toa in 3.5 Rules

After spending a few minutes searching through the 3.5 Monster Manual, I've discovered there is no entry for the Kua-Toa.

Have you checked the Advanced Bestiary modules in the stickied thread on this forum? I haven't, but I would expect them to be there, if anywhere.

That'll be because Kua-Toa is not in the d20 SRD: https://www.d20srd.org/

Smiteworks is limited in providing content only available through the OGL (Open Gaming License) and the Monster library module that comes with Fantasy Grounds is based off the monsters in the SRD (System Reference Document).
