Player Issues

Every so often I have issues when GMing a session that players cant see avatars, and maps and tokens dont load (though they can connect to my sessions). Any ideas? This doesn't always happen, typically they have no problems, but we're looking for ways to try and solve the problem when it occurs.

I have sporadically seen this with one of my players as well, but have never been able to identify the cause. Usually, he just exits and reconnects to solve the problem.

I think it may have something to do with a poor connection, but I haven't been able to pinpoint what the issue is, since I can't recreate it except for one player and only during a full session and not all the time.

If you have any ideas about what might trigger the problem consistently, please let me know.
