[3.5E] Console error from NPC effects

When attempting to set an effect duration in the Spells tab of an NPC, selecting any ability as the stat gives a console error:

Script Error: [string "scripts/manager_actor.lua"]:477: attempt to perform arithmetic on a nil value

Found it. The fix will be in v2.9.2.
